For starting Common Service Center as Village Level Entrepreneur
You Should have the following
1 ) A shop with minimum IT Facility
2 ) Broadband connection
3 ) Valid Adhaar having email and Phone number updated in (https://uidai.gov.in/ ) Data base
4 ) Pan Card
5 ) bank account with cheque leaf facility
First visit : http://register.csc.gov.in/register/fresh
Register your name as VLE ( Village Level Entrepreneur )
Second : Update your IT center photograph with geotag
if your camera doesn't support geotag , do it using any geo tagging website ( For Eg : https://edit.csc-search.com/geotag)
Third : Upload pancard, and cancelled cheque leaf
Once the registration completed you are done !
You will get the status in your mail id once they approved your center as VLE
it will take areound 30-45 days
